Terms and Conditions

Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Kronflow application and related services (the "Service"), provided by Kronflow. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your organisation. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
— maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and restricting access to your account;
— ensuring that all data entered into the Service is accurate and lawfully obtained;
— ensuring that all users invited to your account comply with these terms;
— promptly notifying us at support@kronflow.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Free Trial
New accounts are entitled to a 30-day free trial. No payment is required during the trial period. At the end of the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue using the Service. If no subscription is started, access will be suspended and data retained for 30 days before deletion.
Payment and Billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance, either monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected. All fees are exclusive of VAT or other applicable taxes. Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend access if a payment fails and is not resolved within 7 days of notice.
Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you and your team enter into the Service, including time records, project data, and employee information. You grant Kronflow a limited licence to store and process that data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim any rights over your data beyond what is necessary to operate the Service.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, trademarks, and content, is owned by Kronflow and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may carry out scheduled or emergency maintenance that temporarily affects access. We will endeavour to notify you of planned downtime in advance where possible. Kronflow is not liable for losses arising from service interruptions outside our reasonable control.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
— our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim;
— we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption;
— we are not liable for failures caused by third-party services, force majeure events, or your own misuse of the Service.
Termination and Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at support@kronflow.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued. Upon cancellation, your data remains accessible until the period ends, after which it is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the breach.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify account administrators by email at least 14 days before the new terms take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.
